Our Vetting Process
We conduct rigorous vetting checks, encompassing:

Thorough face-to-face Interviews

Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Check - Essential for all candidates, including overseas teachers.

Enhanced DBS certificates remain valid for one year in the education sector. Candidates must update their certificates online within 30 days from the Disclosure Date.

Verification of Identification - Passport and driver's license

Comprehensive evaluation of the two most recent professional references (within two years of the registration date)

Validation of Qualifications - If applicable

Confirmation of UK Work Permission - Visa
-
National Insurance Verification
-
Submission of two proofs of address
-
Two passport size photographs

The Registration Process
Our registration process is very straightforward. Our staff are also trained to support you in the process.
For teachers registering for work, we may ask you to provide:

Your teaching reference number

Qualification certificates
-
Your right to work and supporting clearance documents – CV, proof of ID, personal statement

Referee information from your University mentor (if you’re a NQT) and at least two years placements (or) if you’re not a NQT two education based references dated within the past two years

An up to date DBS – if you don’t have one of these then we can provide support with the application


For unqualified teachers, we may ask you to provide:

Proof of right to work in the UK

Identity documents for example, passport

Proof of address

DBS (which we provide for you)
